At Pridola Design, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unused condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to enter your order number and email address to start the return process.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original boxes with all protective inserts to ensure they arrive back at our studio undamaged.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely attach it to the exterior of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
